Our Intelligent Workforce Scheduling solution has received a Silver Award for Best Innovation from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) – Regional Chamber of Central Slovenia.
The award was presented at ZOR Innovation Day (Dan inovacij ZOR) on 11 June 2025 in Ljubljana, where 24 of the region’s most promising innovations were showcased and celebrated. The event brought together companies, innovators, and decision-makers to highlight the role of technology and creativity in driving industrial progress.

We began developing our solution in early 2024, and its value was first recognized by one of the largest manufacturing companies in Europe, which now uses it to plan and optimize shifts for over 800 production workers.
The tool leverages AI and digital twin technology to match employees with tasks based on their skills, performance, availability, and learning progress, helping factories respond faster to change, reduce overload, and improve both productivity and worker satisfaction.
This award means a lot to us, not only because of the recognition, but because it highlights how important people planning is in manufacturing. It’s often overlooked, yet it’s one of the biggest levers for better work and better results.
