At Qlector, our mission is to empower manufacturing companies with smarter, AI-powered production planning, scheduling and optimization. To ensure we continuously meet our user expectations, we conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey in December 2024.

We invited 353 active users of Qlector Leap, both in Slovenia and abroad, to share their feedback. With 71 responses, we achieved a response rate of 20.11%, providing valuable insights into how our solution supports our clients.
Net Promoter Score: A Testament to User Loyalty
We’re proud to report a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 44, placing Qlector Leap in the “Great” category. This score reflects high user satisfaction and loyalty, with many respondents indicating their likelihood of recommending Qlector Leap to others.
Time Savings, Usability and Productivity

Our users reported significant benefits from Qlector Leap, particularly in terms of time savings and usability:

- 34% save 1 hour/day.
- 17% save 2 hours/day.
The platform’s usability received high marks, with 71% of users finding it easy or very easy to use, thanks to features like improved plan visibility, faster information transfer, and realization forecasting.

The most-used functionalities include the Planning Board, Weekly Realization, and Gantt Chart, proving the platform’s effectiveness in managing complex production environments.
Reliability, Availability, and Trust

Users provided the following feedback about system performance and support:
- Reliability:
- 63% rate the solution as reliable.
- 16% find it very reliable.
- Customer support also earned strong feedback as 74% rated it as good or excellent.
- Trust in Data:
- 47% have high trust in Qlector Leap’s data and calculations.
- 38% express moderate trust.
Opportunities for Improvement
While many users expressed satisfaction, we are grateful for the constructive feedback we received, highlighting opportunities for improvement in the following areas
