We are looking for an Implementation Engineer who plays a key role in achieving the implementation goals of our flagship product, QLECTOR LEAP—an AI platform for production scheduling and improving the efficiency of manufacturing companies. You will be responsible for project management of implementations, coordinating customer expectations, and handling technical aspects of the pre-sales cycle. Your ability to communicate with various stakeholders will be crucial, along with your relevant technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Agile project management of product implementations, including coordinating and monitoring the project from the moment the proposal is accepted until implementation completion
  • Coordination of activities and communication with various teams (internal and partner teams)
  • Monitoring the progress of project activities according to the implementation plan
  • Conducting workshops to understand manufacturing and planning processes in production companies
  • Identification of best practices
  • Identification of key pains, challenges, and requirements of each customer
  • Identification of opportunities for further product development based on market observations and customer feedback
  • Definition of necessary product upgrades for each customer
  • Preparation of technical parts of bids for tenders (RFP/RFQ)
  • Consistent use of CRM and project management systems

Requirements

  • Desired degree or master’s in mechanical/electrical engineering or logistics
  • 1+ year of experience in at least one of the following areas:
    • B2B and/or B2E sales
    • Implementation leadership of IT solutions
    • Planning department management
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Desired expertise in organizational processes in manufacturing companies on the planning side, including connections to production, sales, and procurement processes
  • Ability to adapt communication to different types of customers
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge of German is a plus
  • Effective teamwork to achieve sales goals, including transparent and open communication
  • Proactive and communicative

  • Proficient in computer programs (MS Office, Google)
